Wedding Planning/Consulting/Coordinating is a service that is personalized to your
needs. Just as every couple, every wedding, and every event presents a different size,
framework or intention, Denise Presents… offers options to fit each one. We provide
the below ‘package’ choices as guidance for the most commonly required support.

Note that many venues also have a "Site Coordinator" of sorts. We as "Planners" do not
compete, but rather work in tandem with them, to incorporate and supervise your
personalized 'style', hopes and dreams, before, during, and after your event. On the day of
the event, we work more closely with the personal needs of Bride, Groom, and families,
and act as the 'glue' with all your contracted vendors, where the "Site Coordinator" may
spend focus with their chef, set-up, servers, and specific site needs for the event. Including
'both' provides the most smoothly orchestrated and successful event possible, from
beginning to end.
• ‘Month Of’ / ‘Day Of’ Coordinating: relieves undue stress
- This package is for those who want to do your own planning, but want to be
assured that all will go smoothly on the “Day Of”. We do the work to support
everything you’ve planned so you can relax and enjoy all the elements of your
day. Pricing is determined by Wedding size, locations, and logistics.
- ‘Month Of’ - Passing the baton; you unwind:
• On-site Walk-thru with you 3-4 weeks prior to Wedding/Event
• Review and confirm all Vendors 2-3 weeks in advance
• Up to two additional personal meetings; unlimited email/phone
• Create comprehensive Timeline/Itinerary; distribute to Vendors
• Coordinate Rehearsal; organize Wedding Party Processional
and Recessional
• Collect ceremony/reception items from Bride prior to
rehearsal (such as: Unity candle, guest book, place cards,
table numbers,
toasting flutes, cake knife & server; favors,
etc.) (pre-planned)
• Benefit of Planner Relationship to address your questions
along the way
- ‘Day Of’ - We supervise your plans; you enjoy the day:
- Act as Point of Contact with any Venue Coordinator,
all Vendors, Transportation, Hotel, Bridal Party and
appropriate family members
- Greetings at venues and smooth coordination for Vendors
- Place elements such as: alter items, menus; favors;
name cards (pre-planned)
- Assist with chair sashes or other small décor items
(pre-planned)
- Assist Bride & Groom and family members where needed
- Assist Bridal Party with transitions from Ceremony
to Reception
- Prep key players for Wedding Party Introductions, Toasts,
and other transitional points of the Event
- Provide Wedding Day Bridal Emergency Kit on site
- Monitor Vendor contractual commitments (as agreed)
- Secure all gifts and envelopes with pre-appointed contact
- Secure personal event items at conclusion of event
- Distribute final vendor payments and/or tips still
outstanding
- Size of Wedding, number of locations, and logistics will
determine if this requires one or two Coordinators on site

- ‘Full Service’ Planning:
• This service is for those Brides who have hopes and dreams, but work full
time or need more help strategizing the big picture, devising budgets, or
even managing day to day details. This relieves you of the stressful aspects
and allows us to do the legwork for you so that you can enjoy the fun parts
of your engagement, (registries, bridal showers, shopping with your
attendants, spending time with your fiancé), or focus on the parts of
planning that you really enjoy. This package includes such pieces as:
• Personal meetings – up to 10 consultations; unlimited email; phone
° This includes Vendor interviews or joint appointments
• Create a working budget together, provide guidance where needed
• Venue research, site visits, create floor plan design; décor theme ideas
• Seek and secure hotel accommodations and room block contracts
• Provide Guidelines, Checklists, Etiquette; Marriage License guidance
• Includes ‘Magical Moments’ Planning – Ceremony/Reception
° Design a Wedding/Event structure, theme, concept, décor
• Provide Vendor Referrals, assisting with bookings and interviews
such as: venue or caterer, Officiate, photographer, florist, DJ/MC,
rentals, linens, Bridal gown/dresses, tux rentals, hair/make-up,
favors, limo
• Review/negotiate all contracts, adding guidance where needed
• Arrange limousine, or other transportation needs and timelines
• Act as liaison among vendors, family or attendants when needed
• Assist with Wedding Invitations, wording, maps, etiquette, mailings
• Prepare you in a consultative way for emotional ‘tripping wires’
that could occur – two families are coming together, and situations
may differ
• Provide other referral services such as:
° New Couples Financial
Planning for
your futures**;
° Realtors for home search
• Includes Rehearsal & ‘Month Of’/‘Day Of’ Coordinating
• Follow up afterward may include reviewing invoices, assisting
with Thank you cards or gifts, completing customer surveys on
your behalf

- ‘A la Carte’ Planning:
• Your need may be as simple as some consulting time on the phones, or…
• You may wish to select items mentioned above that can be singled out
or a set of items that correspond to each other – thus creating your
own Custom Package.
• A “Letter of Agreement” would be established, and pricing set
dependent on hours and dynamics required. Assistance would be
designed as a package rate if work is comprised of several
requirements (i.e.: site visits, travel, floor plans, itineraries,
vendor or people coordination, etc.)
• An “Hourly Consultation” can be arranged if more appropriate, i.e.:
phone or email consultation time, a personal meeting, or streamlined
piece of work for key members, or the Event. (Rate of $50 per hr.)
• Other stand alone Events can also be managed with a package rate for
the full service, or the hourly rate for specified simple aspects of
the Event, such as:
• Engagement Parties
• Bridal Showers
• Day After Brunches
• Out-of-Towner Coordinating – Tours or Things To Do
• Other Referral Services – one or two Vendors or Services*
• Honeymoon Planning
• Baby Showers; Birthdays; Graduation; Retirement
